What is the Homebuyer Grant Program?
Our Homebuyer Grant Program provides up to $3,000 in financial assistance to eligible first-generation homebuyers to help cover the upfront costs of purchasing a home.
Unlike loans, this grant does not need to be repaid.
Funds are designed to reduce financial barriers and create real opportunities for families ready to purchase their first home.
WHAT THE FUNDS CAN BE USED FOR
How can the grant be used?
Grant funds may be applied toward:
Down payment
Closing costs
Prepaid expenses (taxes, insurance, etc.)
Funds are issued directly through the closing process and reflected on your final settlement statement.
WHO MAY QUALIFY
Who is eligible?
You may qualify if you:
Are a first-generation homebuyer
Plan to purchase a primary residence
Meet income and program guidelines
Complete required homebuyer education
Most homebuyer assistance programs are designed to support individuals with financial need and limited access to resources.
